..  RECOGNITION PROCEDURE
...  The recognition procedure is as follows:
 .
 ..- The organization requests and is sent an information pack.
   
 ..- The Organization completes a submission form in accordance
  .  with the requirements set out in section 2 of the Recognition
  .  Regulations and sends this, together with a signed copy
  .  of the recognition initial application and assessment fee
  .  draft to the BWG Branch Office or Head Office.
   
..  - BWG Country Branch checks the submission for completeness
  ..  and clarity, requesting any further information that may be
  ..  required from the Organization/Person.
   
... - The submission is passed on to BRC Projects Office UK
....  which scrutinizes the submission, requesting further detail
  ..  or clarification from the Organization if necessary, and then
  ..  makes a recommendation to the Assessment panel of the BWG
   
.. - The Country Executive notifies the Body of the decision
..... of the panel.
   
... - BWG Executive Council grants final Approval Letter and Certificate.
   
....  In order to maintain its recognition, the Organization must comply with
....  section 4 of the Recognition Regulations, which includes the provision
  ..  of an annual performance report to the BWG. The BWG Country Branch
  ..  Director International Development may carry out audit visits to BRC
....  at short notice.
   
Note: If the applicant is a Person above, requirements for organization
are not valid for him.
   
..  BRC RECOGNITION REGULATIONS
..  Application for Recognition
...All applications for recognition must be made made in writing to
...the BWG he Organization completes a submission inaccordance with
...
..  Country Branch and must consist of the following:
....Application Declaration signed by the responsible
....person within the organization.
....
....The correct fee Bank Draft (in pounds sterling) in the name of
....“BWG (UK) Ltd”.
....
....Initial assessment fee of Rs. 2500 (bank DD Haritage Consulting) with application will     
....be submitted and remaining developm fee £ 6000 will be paid after final approval.
....
....Assessment fee is non- refunded.
....
....All applications will be acknowledge. If any part of the application is
....incomplete or unclear, the BWG will seek further certification from
... the organization, which may will delay processing of the application.

....Important note: Prior to granting of recognition, Organization is not
....authorized to advertise their intention to seek recognition. Breach of
....this regulation may lead to rejection of their application.

....  applicable Organization chart showing the position within the
....  organization Nature and status of the organization and a
....  brief summary of its origins and history.
... - Information about financial status, such as, an annual report.
... - Any other information, which the organization considers
....  relevant to its application.
..  Curriculum Vitae for each Executive Member
.... - Name and date of birth,
.... - Status in the organization
.... - Academic and professional qualifications with names of awarding
...... awarding bodies, dates achieved and copies of certificates,
.... - Professional memberships and affiliations with membership numbers

..  Experience, in reverse chronological order, including:

..  RECOGNITION DECISION
..... - The BWG will continue to recognized status providing that the following

.... - Once recognition is granted, the organization may advertise the fact
.....  using the approved wording supplied by the BWG.
.... - Information about financial status, such as an annual report.

..  CONTINUATION OF RECOGNITION
... - Satisfactory annual performance reports are submitted;
... - Any audit visits that take place are satisfactory;
... - No misleading claims are brought to the attention of the BWG;
... - The services continue to be offered.
... - Further information about these conditions is provided below.

..  Annual Performance Report
... - BRC must submit to the BWG a performance report in May of
..... each year containing the following information:
... - Copies of all relevant publicity and promotional material used
....  used during the year;
... - Staff changes during the year;
... - Changes made to quality assurance procedures;
... - Plans for future development
... - A brief narrative report highlighting any problems encountered

... - Number of Inquiries

..  Audit Visits
.... - The BWG reserves the right to make audit visits to BRC at short
....... notice, During an audit visit, the BWG Country Executive may

.... -  Talk to staff and Inquiries;
.... -  Validate the information supplied at the time of original request
....... for recognition or subsequent annual reports.

..  Misleading Claims
.... - If a Britannia Resource centre makes incorrect or or misleading
  .... claims about about its recognition status or Collect fees on BWG
.... . behalf (in shape of cash) BWG has right to cancel drop its
...... application or cancel its recognition after complete investigation.

..  BRITANNIA RESOURCE centre; GUIDELINES FOR GOOD PRACTICE
.... - Organization that adheres to the following guidelines should have
....... little difficulty in obtaining BWG recognition.
.... - Counseling staffs are professional, have appropriate qualifications
.....  (e.g. relevant degree), are skilled in counseling and have knowledge
.....  and training; certified by BWG.
.... - Counseling staff has adequate time and resources to provide
.....  counseling.
.... - The organization keeps its resources up-to-date and relevant
....... to the information being delivered.
.... - The organization is financially sound.
.... - The organization operates quality assurance procedures.
.... - The organization promotes its courses to to those students
...... who have a realistic likelihood of passing the Examinations
...... and makes clear in its advertising and promotional material
...... what prior knowledge is expected.
.... - The organization operates effective administrative procedures.
.... - Britannia Recourse centre: Approved wording of promotional material
.... - Britannia Recourse centre which have been granted recognition
...... in accordance with section 3 of the Recognition Regulations and
